His expertise spans diverse commodities—gold, copper, nickel, lead, zinc, cobalt, and coal—in both open-pit and underground settings. Satish's background includes consulting, project engineering, study management, and financial modeling, complemented by hands-on field experience at operations like New Gold, Conuma Coal, and First Mining’s exploration projects. His combined technical and leadership skills make him a driving force in the innovation at Datum Solutions 

Ravi is a results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. As the CRO of Datum Solutions, he leverages his expertise in digital acquisition, integrated marketing, and customer lifecycle management to accelerate growth and create long-term value. Ravi excels at building and coaching high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing scalable processes. His key strengths include strategic business development, conversion optimization, MarTech implementation, and data-driven decision-making, all focused on delivering measurable results and expanding market share.

Michael is the Technical Director and lead software developer at Datum Solutions. With a degree in Computer Science and a concentration in Software Engineering, they bring expertise in designing user-focused applications, applying their software development knowledge to develop solutions that effectively address mining engineering challenges. Known for their adaptability and problem-solving skills, Michael brings a unique software engineering perspective to the team, ensuring that technical solutions are innovative, efficient, and tailored to the specialized needs of industry professionals.
